En devenant capable de diminuer la tension psychique et mentale dans une situation stressante, on parvient \u00e0 adopter une d\u00e9marche de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes adapt\u00e9e et l&rsquo;on est psychiquement plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La relaxation vise donc plusieurs objectifs:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n \t<li>mieux g\u00e9rer les r\u00e9actions \u00e9motionnelles<\/li>\n \t<li>diminuer le niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de stress<\/li>\n \t<li>se reposer rapidement<\/li>\n \t<li>faciliter un sommeil r\u00e9parateur<\/li>\n \t<li>faire des exp\u00e9riences de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En th\u00e9rapie comportementale, des techniques sp\u00e9cifiques sont utilis\u00e9es afin de baisser le niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de tension musculaire pour parvenir \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9tente:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n \t<li>contr\u00f4le respiratoire \/ respiration diaphragmatique<\/li>\n \t<li>relaxation musculaire progressive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ces m\u00e9thodes se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent tr\u00e8s utiles dans la prise en charge de plusieurs difficult\u00e9s: les phobies, les troubles du sommeil, l&rsquo;hypertension, certains types de maux de t\u00eate et de douleurs musculaires, des difficult\u00e9s sexuelles, le trac, la peur des examens, etc..<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d9ce7a7 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d9ce7a7\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4a88f4c\" data-id=\"4a88f4c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a0025d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a0025d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La Mindfulness<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c88277f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c88277f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La mindfulness<\/strong>\u00a0ou\u00a0<strong>pleine conscience<\/strong>\u00a0est un \u00e9tat de conscience naturel que nous pouvons apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notamment par des exercices de\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9ditation<\/strong>. Nous augmentons alors notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter la vie telle qu\u2019elle est et nous pouvons d\u00e8s lors, mieux en profiter.Il est aussi possible de se d\u00e9tacher de certaines souffrances ou troubles psychologiques.\nSelon Jon Kabat-Zinn, fondateur du programme bas\u00e9 sur la pleine conscience, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00ab<strong>\u00e9tat de conscience<\/strong>\u00a0qui r\u00e9sulte du fait de\u00a0<strong>porter son attention, intentionnellement, au moment pr\u00e9sent, sans juger, sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong>\u00a0qui se d\u00e9ploie\u00a0<strong>moment apr\u00e8s moment<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\nLes programmes mindfulness sont issus de la rencontre de deux univers en apparence compl\u00e8tement oppos\u00e9s: celui de\u00a0<strong>la tradition philosophique orientale<\/strong>\u00a0et des pratiques de m\u00e9ditation, celui de la\u00a0<strong>recherche scientifique occidentale<\/strong>\u00a0en psychologie, en particulier des\u00a0<strong>neurosciences<\/strong>.\n\nBien que cette pratique soit issue du Bouddhisme, elle a trouv\u00e9 deux types d&rsquo;application en th\u00e9rapie cognitive:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c98bd58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c98bd58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La \u00ab r\u00e9duction du stress \u00e0 partir de la pleine conscience \u00bb<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff6c1b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff6c1b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En anglais, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction ou MBSR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le programme MBSR \u00e9tait, \u00e0 l\u2019origine, un programme compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine s\u2019attachant \u00e0 aider les malades\u00a0chroniques \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les douleurs et le stress. L\u2019objectif pour l\u2019individu, \u00e0 travers ce type de m\u00e9ditation, est d\u2019identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui causent les tourments ressentis et d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre submerg\u00e9 par les facteurs de stress. En ce sens, ils emploient la m\u00e9diation \u00e0 des fins th\u00e9rapeutiques de gestion \u00e9motionnelle. Le programme est ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement instruit par des psychologues et des psychiatres car, \u00e0 travers leurs connaissances cliniques, ils sont en mesure d\u2019expliquer ce que sont les ruminations et les signes cliniques des troubles psychologiques.
